Anxiety
Welcome to the Anxiety section of SoulStreet. So far, this section is
relatively small in comparison to the other sections, more will be added
though, so keep checking back.
Anxiety is a very debilitating thing that can happen to us, most people at some
stage in their lives has felt anxious to a degree but not everyone suffers from
anxiety in its worst form.
Anxiety attacks can be very scary to the person having one, and the physical
symptoms that come on with one can be terrifying. Of course, physically you
might be fine, its just the anxiety attack making your body feel as though its
shutting down.
On the following pages there is some information about the different types of
Anxiety disorders plus some tips on helping yourself. If you feel like talking
to other's going through the same things or similar, feel free to join the
forum - the link is at the top of the page.
