Soul-Searching

Soul searching.... thats what this section is all about. Before this site came into existence I was busy reading up on a lot of things I needed help with. Don't for one minute think my own healing journey is over, its not by a long shot.

From reading and therapy of different types, plus through my own soul-searching I've been learning quite a bit about human nature, about my own negative behavioural patterns & thoughts. I figured its just another thing I can share.

Sharing IS in my nature anyway and while I'm not sure that any of the banter in this section will help anyone else, it might just give the odd person something to think about and in turn help them too.

Feel free to peruse my soul-search to being a better and whole person, and if you find something that strikes a chord, thats great.
